Visa fees can be paid only in Kyrgyz soms, in cash.

According to the Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the Unified Methods of Calculating Consular Fees which will enter into force on the 3^rd of February 2019, visa fees to the Russian Federation shall be established as follows:

For citizens of the states that have signed agreements on visa fees with the Russian Federation (Russian – EU agreement of 2006, bilateral agreements with Denmark, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Japan and China) the visa processing fees are calculated according to the said agreements.

Visa fees for the citizens of the USA are calculated separately based on the principle of reciprocity – 160 USD for all types and categories of visas.
